Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in South West Sydney and service all of Sydney and North Sydney
Q: Are you open weekends and public holidays?
A: Of course! We are available for Deliveries 7 days a week
Q: Do you deliver Balloons?
A: Yes; our delivery fee is $30 flat fee and we deliver to both Residential and Business across all of Sydney.
Q: Can I Pick up Balloons?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a shop front for you to come pick up your balloons.
Q: How much notice do I need to give for Orders?
A: We prefer 3-5 days’ notice; however, we understand last minute ideas come up and will take orders 24 hours prior. Any on the day orders please call and see if it is possible.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum spend is $50 + $30 flat rate delivery. If you require a smaller order; please call and see if it is possible.
Q: Can I choose my own colour theme?
A: Absolutely!! We know that having the right colour theme can make all the difference to your event, and we consult with you to help colour match our balloons to your theme.
Q: How many colours can I choose?
A: You can choose as many or as little colours as you like. Head to our “Colour Chart” page to check out our range of colours or email us a picture of your colour theme for us to try and colour match. We can create custom colours for a fee of $.50 per balloon.
Q: How long will my Balloons float?
A: Our standard 11” Latex balloons last approx. 12 - 24 hours when filled with 100% Helium. By adding Ultra Hi-Float you can extend the float time to up to 3 days.
A: Air filled latex balloons can last up to 1 week.
A: Foil Balloons inflated with 100% helium can last up to 1 week; most foil balloons can also be reinflated with Helium or Air.
Q: What is Ultra Hi-Float?
It is a patented liquid solution that dries inside latex helium-filled balloons to form a coating that helps hold in the helium. For example, an untreated 11" balloon will float for up to 24 hours, while one treated with ULTRA HI-FLOAT will float for up to 10 days. Ultra Hi-Float is an additional $.50 per balloon.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We have a few options for payments; Our website takes you to a secure payment page which accepts all major cards and PayPal. We can also send you our bank details for a Bank Transfer.
Q: Can I pay after they are delivered?
A: All orders require payment prior to Delivery unless preapproved prior to the event. All orders will be confirmed 24 hour prior to delivery by email or SMS.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: We are happy to make changes to your order up until the day prior to your event. Once Balloon arrangements have been inflated we cannot change them for you.
Q: Do you offer Discounts?
A: We don’t offer discounts; however we are happy to talk and put together a package unique to you, allowing you to get the best value and look for your next event.
Q: How many balloons do I need?
A: How many balloons you will need will depend on the size of your space. Give us a call and we can calculate how many you need for your space. For example; a 3m x 3m space with 80% coverage of the ceiling would need 100 balloons.
Q: Do you have DIY Balloon Kits or allow us to rent a Helium tank?
A: At the moment we do not offer this surface.
Q: Will you inflate my balloons I have purchased?
A: Yes. We are able to come to your workplace or site with our helium tank and inflate your balloons. Call out is a minimum of 50 balloons and Inflation starts at $1.80 per balloon + $30 Call out fee.
